For administrators

This section is for ICT and RIC administrators who configure and maintain the repository. It assumes administrator access.

What administrators do

• Collections & communities — the repository's structure.
• Manage user accounts — find, edit, reset, suspend, and delete accounts.
• Users & groups — grant submit, review, and admin rights.
• Bulk import (SAF) — load many items at once (e.g. the thesis pilot).
• Manage items — withdraw, move, version, map, or delete a published item.
• Identifiers (DOI & ARK) — how permanent IDs are minted and kept in sync.
• Troubleshooting — common operational fixes.

Admin actions affect everyone

Changes here are powerful and public-facing. When in doubt, test on a single item first, and keep the operations runbooks close (see Contact & support).
