How to reach us¶
The repository uses role-based service addresses so your message reaches the right team even as staff change:

Write to the role, not a person
Always use these service addresses rather than an individual's personal email — they're monitored by the team and don't break when people move roles.
When you write, include¶
- your name and the email address on your account,
- what you were trying to do and what happened (the exact error message helps),
- for submit-permission requests, the faculty / department / collection you need access to.
Send feedback or report a problem¶
Every page has a Send Feedback link in the footer. Use it to report a broken link, a
wrong detail on an item, or any other problem with the site — it reaches the repository team
directly. You can also write to repository@amoud.edu.so.
Accessibility & privacy¶
The site footer also carries an Accessibility settings link (for display preferences), a Cookie settings link, a Privacy policy, and the End User Agreement you accept the first time you log in. If you hit an accessibility barrier, tell us via Send Feedback so we can fix it.
